Ignite Institute

I have been teaching high school Biology, AP Biology, Integrated Science, and Human Physiology for the past 17 years at Boone County High School. This will be my first year teaching at Ignite. I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a B.S. in Biology and then continued on to pursue a M.A. in teaching. I later obtained a M.A. in Zoology from Miami University. I absolutely love working with students and fostering a love of science in as many of them as possible. When not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my husband, two sons, and two dogs (preferably in nature).
